Mr. Hochstein, who has been involved in private venture capital funding for 25 years, is a member of the NAIOP national subcommittee for tax and finance and holds the government affairs chair for the New York City NAIOP chapter. Recognized as a funding expert internationally as well as in the US, Mr. Hochstein has expanded the CAPS corporate network to cover not only the United States and Canada, but also Europe and the Caribbean as well. In addition, Mr. Hochstein speaks at industry events and writes for trade publications.
Companies that are start-ups, or already in financial difficulties, or have
unusual needs for speed or discretion can potentially fit the CAPS requirements.
Companies that are outpacing their normal sources for growth or acquisitions are
also prime candidates. We are often able to help such ventures find funding because our principals have been working in the financial industry for close to 30 years and have international corporate, financial and political contacts in addition to their US contacts. Make no mistake about it though, if your company would not become profitable beyond its current problems or "opportunities" disguised as problems, we would be wasting your time and ours. We are not there to help take you to the next crisis, but to help you reach a real profit potential. If such a potential does not exist, you would be wasting your time and money with us. Please be aware that for CAPS Interactive to consider your company, your company must have certain minimum requirements. For debt funding you must be looking for at least several hundred thousand dollars. Those seeking equity funding should have needs requiring at least three to five million dollars. To us, your geographic location or company's field of specialization is not as important as its real profit potential. |
